When searching for material on the PO Requisition page, if the words are not typed in the exact order, no results are found. Other applications I've seen do two things.
1) they shows the 'exact matches' with words in the right order at the top of search results, and
2) show suggested matches where the words are all there but not necessarily in the exact order
Anything we can do to make finding material easier will greatly speed up the requisition entry time which is, ultimately, the goal.
