We have numerous files (i.e. photos, blueprints, programming language, etc.) that need to be attached to use within Vista Field Service that pertain to a particular Service Site. By being able to attach these files by creating our own folder name it would allow our technicians the ability to easily find the file they are looking for. Right now you have the capability to save attached files to a service site, however, it just creates a list of all attachments and there is no ability to organize these attachments. This is a pain for a technician to sift through when they are onsite and in need of a document quickly.
