Current onboarding is made to use I9 and W4. It will be good idea to either include Canada TD1 form or an option to initilaize HR & PR with out SIN number. Currentlly onboarding seems not usefull for Canadaian companies.

Agreed 100%. We are struggling implementing the ATS/Onboarding features due to the lack of accommodation for Canadian forms.
Wish you could initialize to PR without the new for I9/W4 forms, or better yet, include the TD1 option as the poster suggested.
