Currently I run the report and have to enter the PTO into a timecard in Vista. The Request information from the Portal is stored in an HR form in Vista. Why can't we have to option to pull this information in, audit it, and make corrections as needed? That would be ideal rather than having to key each individual person each week. Unless this option exists elsewhere and I can't find it.

Interested in how this is working with the system as we are needing the same functionality
I will see how important this is with my team and then get with our IT support if it is something we want to pursue.
The issue we have is folks forget to record their PTO time and then we have to reconcile it back to the request. At least this way they would be alerted to accept the PTO time or modify it to the correct amount taken.

Hi Tracy,
If you are using the porta's standard or grid timecards, our PS technical services team can add this functionality into the product. They can set a SQL job to run on a daily or weekly basis, or let your PR admins pull in these timecard lines with the click of a button added to PR Timecard Entry.
