We have the filtered earnings codes list in use but would like to be able to tie particular earnings codes to particular phase codes. For example our earnings codes 7, 30 and 32 represent per diem, subsistence and mileage respectively. We would like those (3) earnings codes to tie to specific phase codes on our jobs.

Hi Mark, I am sorry but I don't see how this can be classified as "already exists" if we would have to request and pay for a custom lookup to be created.

It should be possible to either limit the earncodes based on the phase selected or to limit the phases based on the job and the earncode selected by using udlookups in Vista PR Timecard Entry.
