Monica asked me to clarify what we were asking for. As of now when you are onboarding and you are completing pg 2 of the I-9 if you have selected a List B or C document the box for additional information is accessible for adding notes. If you have selected a passport the additional information box is grayed out and you cannot add notes. We just need the additional information box to be accessible regardless of which documentation was provided.
