Right now you have MS Surcharges only passable (by settings) to the Haul Vendor through MS Haul Payment Worksheet but surcharges aren't always for the hauler vendor. Would like design to choose to pass the surcharge to the Material vendor and/or to the Haul vendor if applicable by settings.
