Currently the work order fields are open for editing by any staff member, which would have serious implications for the business. For example, if the text is edited by an unauthorised staff member and the plant travels on the road and meets with an accident, the work order will be part of the legal proceedings causing significant damage to the business. The business will be responsible for the damages which they haven't authorised. Therefore, it is important to restrict the fields in the work order (for editing) to nominated few authorised staff. All other staff members can have 'View Only' access
