Without the Clock In/Out allocations we can't see how many hours the crew worked as a whole and indvidually wtihout manually entering the allocated hours for the clock in/out. When time has been submitted the employee is only verifying their clock in/out times for each day show and the posted total shows 0.00. Someone will need to create submitted time entries from the Clock In/Out times in the Portal.

Our timecard lines are not tied directly start and stop times unless they are using the PR Timecard Entry start and stop entry which is not what we use from time clocks. We designed it like this so it would be more flexible because the PR Timecard Entry start and stop times require that the timecard line hours always match the start/stop subtotals per line. You may have worked 8am-12pm, but need that 4 hours coded to 4 different jobs.
Using the in line start and stop times and the Copy line function on the grid timecard might work better for the customer. Can you show them this and see what they think?
Thank you
Is there a reason why the bulk is not designed for that?
The Offline Kiosk will produce timecard lines when users clock in and out, but the bulk add is not designed for that.
Field Management Mobile > Bulk Clock The Crew Supervisors are using both methods in the field (Bulk and Offline Kiosk).
Hi Alan,
Are you referring to the Grid Timecard > Bulk Clock or the Field Management Mobile > Bulk Clock?
Our bulk clock functions in the portal are not tied directly to specific timecard lines which is why we have options like the following which require total timecard hours for a day to match the start and stop times:
"Prevent submission if timeclock does not balance with timecard lines" portal setting for FMM
"Enable Time Worked Validation" portal setting for the web portal timecards
The bulk clocks also do not have any specific coding information either. What workflow would you users like to follow and do they need offline?
Thank you
