When we are creating work orders in Vista on an AR Customer that has “On Hold” in their status, it notifies the person that the account is on hold. When a technician is creating the work order through Field Service, no notification pops up. Is there a way we can add that notification so the technician knows the client account is on hold and that we shouldn’t be responding to the service call unless okayed by a manager?
