Viewpoint HR Management allows for an auto-reply to be sent to applicants after submitting an application. Admin > Onboarding/ATS > ATS > "Email Template ID for Submitted Email Response". The template allows you to add recipients. We would like to cc/bcc the recruiters for that posting but the problem is that recipients are assigned to the template and their is only one template so you will receive every application received response for every job even if you are not the recruiter. Could we make it so that recruiters assigned to job postings receive the application submitted email notification as well without having them receive notifications for jobs they aren't assigned to?
