Our new hires do their onboarding in the office and have no way of taking a picture or uploading an attachment. While we like that the DD is no longer required, it still isn't fully functional since we do not have that capability during the onboarding process.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

We really need this attachment to be optional during onboarding!!! Any updates that can be provided??
Any movement on this? We would love to get this automated, but again, many new hires/employees don't have anything to upload.
Yes. We put that burden on the employee to make sure it is accurate. A lot of our new (and current) employees do not have checks or deposit slips and are just getting the information from a piece of paper they have stuffed in their wallet or off of their banking app. I like the option of uploading a picture, but not making it required. We don't make it required for changes by current employees either. I put a custom text at the top letting them know that if what they enter is not accurate, it could take up to 3 business days to correct.
I've heard the same thing that most of them don't have checks. So they don't want an attachment required. Also, if there is an attachment then the company is responsible to verify the accuracy of the typed numbers. One client's opinion is that by having them fill in the numbers without an attachment, the responsibility of accuracy is on the employee.
New hires already fill out a form manually. Sometimes they have a voided check and sometimes they dont. So already, about 90% of the time, we dont have anything visual to verify.

Hey Tracy,
Without having a photo to validate against, how will you know if the new hires entered the correct bank and routing numbers?
Thank you
