We schedule global huddles and when you click on schedule, it prompts user to select the date. Once user selects the date, the huddle goes down below and displays in red. Huddle dashboard feature should just direct user straight to the huddle instead of the huddle being placed down below and then the user must click on it again to get to their actual huddle. Less clicks the better.
