When you go to batch actions and send email reminder The submitting part is only listing those in this current pay period (group) but the approver portion is listing and sending the reminder to any managers who have timecard approvals in all batches (current and future). It should only show and alert those for this current pay period (batch) since that is what we are trying to get processed
