There are times when there is a glitch initializing a new hire to Vista. Rather then deleting out of HR Resources and PR Employees and having to re-initialize. You can click a button that says push documents to Vista.

I had this error last week, and after a WebEx with Viewpoint, I was told it was around an update and should be fixed now. Hope this helps.
