Syserco has a bi-weekly pay period but needs time submitted from techs on a weekly basis for reporting purposes. Their payroll person moves the time each week into a new batch in payroll to post. With the submission being based on period (bi-weekly) it locks the tech out of week 2 time entry unless the time is unsubmitted. Syserco is requesting we update the product to allow templates, like we do in grid timecard so they can determine if a timecard template is daily/weekly, etc.
