We have WOs with multiple trips/scopes/techs and each needs the same type of custom form added to the WO. Being able to rename the added forms would be helpful so that we can differentiate them.

Yes please, If I were a technician and I had to go back and edit one of my forms searching through 100+ numerically named forms is rather time consuming and the chances of selecting the wrong one is really high. Please allow some sort of editing these form names!
