Need the ability to select a PR Department for individuals when entering Overhead time. PR Department list should be customizable by specifying them in the portal settings since not everyone should see all departments.

Would like the ability to limit PR Departments listed based on the PR Group an employee is in. We currently use the single timecard "other" type for our 350 field employees to enter Oregon and Washington Sick time. Would like employees in PR Group 110 to only be able to choose from PR Departments starting with a 1, employees in PR Group 210 to choose from PR Departments starting with 2, etc.

The ability to edit the PR Departments is an option in the Grid Timecard Settings > Mobile options. Do you think a portal setting with a short list of PR Departments would be enough?
