We would like to add a filter for the Grid Timecard on the Timecard Dashboard and Approval screens to be able to see all the employees timecards separately. Recently, there was a new design implemented when using the Crew dropdown on the Grid Timecard header. When approving timecards, instead of being able to see and click on each employee's time, all the employees time is entered under the person who entered all the time. This is very confusing to our PMs. I would like you to support the timecard dashboard/approval routing with this new filter. Support said you would be able to implement that change in behavior if we put a suggestion out here. See case #30988129.

Sorry that was confusing. In a recent update to the portal, there was a new layout for the timecards. When you click on timecard approval and click on a person, you will see the entire crew that has been entered using the crew template under that one person. When time is entered on a nonshared template, then when you click on that person's time, you only see that person's time instead of the crew. This view may work for some. Others are used to seeing only one person when clicked on. These are shared templates. When we talked with support on this, they said that if we put in a suggestion, they would be able to add a filter for this view. If you need more clarification on this, we could set up a webex. I would not like to put screenshots out here as they would have employees names, but could email you if you would prefer that.
Hi Kristy,
I'm not following your request. The new crew filter should not have changed the timecard approval workflow. Can you provide a screenshot of what you mean?
Thank you
