It would be great if we could have a way to fully track employee referrals. Maybe some type of way to send an email saying that a person has met the requirement for the referral and remind us to provide that bonus to the referring employee.

You can add a custom Onboarding task where you ask all of your new hires if they were referred by someone that way you have those records.
