If an employee does not have to sign off on the timecard, when the submit all is pressed, it submits time for all employees. This option should be limited only to timecard admins. The foremen, etc. should be required to select the employees they want to submit for OR only be allowed to submit time for the employee's they've entered time for.

We recently made changes that should allow the Submit All option to only submit everyone on the template that the logged in user has permission to.

Yes, our building field and office staff use what we've labeled as the weekly grid timecard template. We do not currently use the signature option. When each individual has completed entering their time and is ready to submit, they have the OPTION of selecting the employees to submit or to just go to actions and select "Submit All". Clicking submit all submits all time for everyone using that template. It's entirely too easy for someone to accidentally select submit all when they are submitting their time. I think that option should be limited to only timecard admins
