During closeout currently you need to select a contact from the dropdown at the customer report signature page in order to check the box to email them on the final screen.
This often means that the technicians are either selecting contacts that aren't actually available to sign so they can check their box to email them.
Or they have to type out the emails manually if they dont.
This results in a bunch of empty signature boxes on trip summaries. Allow technicians to email site contacts (via checkbox) without needing to add their signatures.

Yes please include contacts to email but not sign!
Here are my notes - When emailing trip close outs after completion – we are only given the option to choose from the signing party instead of all parties that are saved into the site/customers contacts.
Frequently the tickets must be emailed to people who are not on site and are not signing the paperwork. Currently the only way for us to email them is to add them as a signer, fake the signature or enter N/A
Many times the people who are signing are not the ones getting the paperwork copies. SO we have to select multiple signers and put NA to make them available on the next screen.
When we select the person to email at the end of the process we need to be able to choose from all saved contacts, regardless or who signed the tickets.
When there is no one to sign there is no one to select on the next screen to email paperwork too.
Hello, yes if they can select check boxes to include in email but not sign for it, that would be perfect :)
Thanks for submitting this request. Currently, you can always include contact emails via the checkboxes in SM Site Contacts and SM Customer Contacts. Techs can also manually type out additional addresses. Did you also want the ability to select contacts to include but not sign?
