When sending an onboarding invitation, you may preselect an existing HR Resource record, in order to autofill information such as address, name, race, date of birth, etc. The SSN, however, does NOT autofill - which creates the need for the employee to manually enter the information into form I9 and form W4. It would be easier and smoother if the SSN autofilled on these forms.

Please fix this.
We have experienced multiple situations where a valid SSN in payroll was overwritten with a mistyped SSN from onboarding. Very difficult to detect, and even more difficult to fix, if wages are reported under the wrong SSN to the state.
If there is a legal reason why the SSN can't be auto-populated in onboarding, then perhaps the feature that causes the system to overwrite SSN numbers for those with records already existing in the payroll system could be disabled.
