We would like to be able to use numbers in the titles of our onboarding task lists. Current configuration only allows for alphabetic ordering.

When numbering your onboarding tasks, can you try to number them as "01 - Onboarding Task" ?
This should help keep the ordering. Please let me know if this works for you.

Thank you for your response. I haven't received any error messages but am unable to order tasks past 10. Once renamed the tasks numbered order automatically resets to 1, 11, 12, etc. Please let me know if there is a system setting which might help? I opened a cases for this last fall and last week. Hoping you'll consider this in a future portal update possibly. Thank you!

This should be available in the web portal today. Are you getting a failed saved message or something when renaming an Onboarding task?
