or, at least give a real error message so the user knows the PO will not be locked up in a Vista Batch where it will have to be corrected (most likely by someone else :( ). OR disallow "Submit" button. We are getting 100's of blank batches where a receiving clerk submits, there is a problem with their receipt - the error message is meaningless - they try repeatedly to get the receipt to take and then we are left we a LOT of clean up.
