We've hit a couple of scenarios where if a PO is trying to be created but instead throws an error, the PO batch is still created and just goes into a 'Reserved' status and requires the office to delete it. The error is also very non-specific and is a database error, so technicians don't understand it and keep trying to submit.
An example of one of the errors is a PO trying to post to a Job work order, where the phase does not yet have a cost type 2 set up.

Hey Mark! I submitted this as a bug, and was told it's expected behavior and to log a suggestion for it. https://support.viewpoint.com/s/casedetail?caseId=5004N00000yEiD3QAK
Hey TJ,
This should be handled as a bug. Can you submit a support case for this?
I will be closing this since this is not a product enhancement.
Thanks!
