I noticed that when clicking on the "review process has started" notification button, I am taken to my personal review form. It would be better, especially for those managing others to be taken to the review history page where all reviews due are listed and they can click on any of those they are tasked to write without figuring out for themselves that the "return to review history button" will get them a list of "current" reviews due.
