With the new Emergency Contact onboarding feature when you enter information into these fields and then select "back" it does not save the information in the fields if you were to return to this form. We have found during our onboarding process that you must select "add new" which is a bit misleading for our onboardees. This feature gets used if they have more than one contact to add at that given time, but for the ones that just have a single contact to add the "add new" is not being understood as saving the current record added.
