We would prefer to clean up the user experience by showing less and not compel the reviewee or reviewer to adjust ratings based on a percieved relevance due to a category score weight

Hi Michael,
Would you want scores removed for all Performance Review, on some Performance Reviews, or just not visible to the employee and manager until the reviews are submitted?
