Performance Reviews - Need to be able to add text only fields to review forms without assigning a score value.

Currently have to use 0% rating value in order to add fields such as manager summary or development plan. Would be much easier to build a form/template without requiring this for non-rated information

    Yes, but you cannot even add a text only field without giving it a potential value of 0% and thus cluttering the form/template and potentially confusing the end user.

    Hi Michael,

    Text only items should automatically not be counted towards the Performance Review scoring. Are you seeing this get added to your scores?

    I want fields added that are text entry only and have no score associated with them such as manager summary comments. Consequently no score would be shown.

    Hi Michael,

    Are you referring to entire review templates that should not have a score shown or sections of a review that do not need a score?

    Today, you should be able to add text sections that will not count towards the score on the templates.
