Currently, when you generate a Trip Summary report from Field Service, it is not attached to an attachment type in Vista. We need to be able to select an attachment type for it to populate to. This could be as a portal setting. The reason it is needed ASAP is because when you are in SM Customers on the Billing tab, there is a button at the bottom to 'Include Attachments'. This pulls up SM Customer & Site Attch Types where you can choose an attachment type. Right now we cannot select an attachment type for the trip summary as it is not attached to one.
