The HFF billing compiler currently does not work with attachments stored in pVault.
When a user runs the billing compiler agiainst attachments stored in pVault, results are slightly different depeding on the option selected (ZIP or PDF.) The end result is either an error (PDF option) or a zip of pvd files, which are not the actual attachment images. At a high level, this seems to be the source of the problem.
It doesn't appear that we can add images it this section, so I have attached a word document containg details and screenshots of what we discovered while working with support on this issue. Please review this document for additional info.
