I think it would be a better solution to have an employe group that we could assign users that we want to allow to see the Time Clock Dashboard by PR group. this allows for more flexibilty. Rather than assigning Timecard admin security to a timekeeper/supervisor. we limit it to only that dashboard.

The Job Approval page is if you have setup Field Management approvals to route timecard lines to the specific reviewers per job. If you are only using Timecard Approval, this screen will show the wholistic view of an employees start/stop times and timecard lines lines if the "Show Timecard Review Screen Prior to Submission / Approval" portal setting is enabled.

I do not see a "Job Approval" page. I have a Timecard approval page. Please review and advise where this job approval page lives. Are you also able to see overhead employees on this job approval page?

Besides the Time Clock dashboard, Job Approvers are able to view the start and stop times for their employees on the Job Approval page by filtering down to one employee. Currently the "Enable full time worked editing on Grid Timecard page outside of modal window " portal setting will have to be enabled for this to work, but we will be making this standard behavior in a future release.

I would like to expand further, Our supervisors need to see punch ins and outs and lunch times. When each employee is here and not here. And a report out of the portal that also shows this information for historic audit purposes. I do not understand how the workflow created from the Vista portal expects supervisors to sign off on timecards when they only see totals and cannot see if their employees arrived to work on time or were late ect.

Mark, that would be a great solution so that maintenance of the group is in 1 place, Vista, where we set our timesheet job approver groups! We NOT concerned with security in terms of who can see what on the Timeclock Dashboard, if you are an approver, you can see it all.

Would you also need that employees and time clocks available to only be shown to this group based on the Job the employees have clocked into?
