We are given the ability to change the batch to move the time out of the current batch and into a hidden batch to process a termination. However this does not work...it is obvious to the employee that something has gone wrong with their timecard and once moved the supervisor no longer has access to review and approve the time. We are not using paper timecards anymore so we have been using Keystyle for all entry and time approval. When processing layoffs we have to revert the old paper cards and approvals since there is not a viable option in Keystyles for this.

Not just Key styles but the portal.
it would be nice if this function was available outside the time card process (because we don't use it) and was part of the PTO process in such a way that only specific groups have the ability to see it, but would process it there.
