Sometimes an approver might make changes to a card during the approval process or have payroll make the change before they approve...thus the submitted timecard is not the final approved timecard. When we need to go get the approved timecard for audit purposes we cannot use the submitted card because it is not the time that was processed. The processed card should show the summited & approval stamps as well
