In the Timecard Dashboard - Batch Action - Send Email Reminders we would like the ability to be able to only send to those with submitted timecards "OR" only submit to approvers rather than sending multiple emails to all. It would be even better if there were check boxes so we could just check which ones we want the notifications sent to. This way we are not sending emails to people who we know are off.

If we have the option to only send to approvers and not the ones with unsubmitted cards this will work.
The actual reminder screen that pops up is helpful for a list so long as it will include job approvals as well. I don���t currently have any job time submitted this week to test it.

While this shows timecard approvals���I am wondering if this will also show job approvals. I will have to test it this week when I have time in there because I know they are two different set ups.

That does not always help me either���many times they are not approving is because they are not in the office so email doesn���t work���I have to call/text them to remind them.
Although this does show me who needs to approve���but should be able to send the email to either those that need to submit or those that need to approve���not both. There is the option to turn the approvers on or off but not the ones with unsubmitted time. I don���t want the portal sending emails to the employees with unsubmitted time for a few reasons���first most of the employees do not enter time for themselves���they are in a crew where the FM submits their time���this email will confuse them. Also the reason there are unsubmitted timecards may be because they didn���t work that week. I also may need to send approvers reminders more than once which will also send to all the unsubmitted individuals as well. Is there a way to only send to the approvers.

This is for job time approval���so there is no approver assigned. But that is what we do now but doing this on hundreds of records individually is super time consuming���we need a way to just print out a list of unapproved records along with their approver.
Right now we have to go one timecard at a time and click the job approval to find out the job. We have to manually write them all down and then I have to go into Vista to find out who the PM is on each job before I can send them an email.

Hi Rhonda,
We currently have a way to view all of the timecards that are submitted, but not yet approved from the Timecard Dashboard. If you need to dig into the details of who the reviewers are for an employee, you can click on the actions option on the row and select Reviewers.
We also have an easier way to email approvers that have not yet approved their timecards. On the Timecard Dashboard, go to Batch Action > Send Email Reminder > and this will send an email reminder to employees that still need to submit timecards and managers that have not approved their timecards yet.
