Improvements for Jobtime Approval History

You can now see the history of jobtime approval which is great but you now the lines do not disappear once they are approved. It leaves a tons of lines for the user to see. A filter that was automatically set to filter out approved timecard lines would eliminate this problem. And, you also have access to timecards for years back-this is far too long for us and now the pages load slowly, a user defined lookback period would be nice.

  it would also be nice if the current pay period defaulted to the top, instead of the oldest pay period

  Where do you find the setting to change the number of pay periods we want to allow our job approvers to see?

  Hey Amy,

  For the lookback, do you think a portal setting where you list the number of pay periods you want to allow your Job Approvers to see would work?

  Job Time Approval filter option for approval status, similar to Timecard Approval Merged

  Now that Job Time Card shows historic information that has been approved, it would be great to be able to have a filter similar to that within Timecard Approval to select status, all timecards, unapproved, approved, etc.

  Job Time Approval toggle to display or hide approved timecard entries Merged

  Would allow time reviewer to hide/unhide approved timecard entries to focus on unapproved timecard lines
