When you have a form setup with a workflow in Field Service for 'User Group to Route to', currently when a tech adds this form on their trip, it will send all forms of the same type entered from all trips as separate emails rather than one email from the form the tech entered on his particular trip. This is causing many duplicate emails to send when Scopes have multiple of the same forms on them.
