When logged into Field Service via iPad, iPhone, or an Android, when you take a photo and attach to a Work Order, you are unable to open the JPEG via the App. It gives you a popup to download the image and you would need to open with another app on your device. PDF's however open fine natively. We need the ability to view JPEG's the same as PDF's via the App.
