Add more information to the new "Account Unlock" email that is sent automatically when an employee's account is unlocked. It currently just says the account is unlocked and has a link back to the portal web page.
This email should include either a link to the "request password" reset page or instructions on how to get there and and tell users that their security pin is the last 4 of their social security number.

For security reasons we don't want to mention that a users security pin is the last 4 of their social security number in the unlock email.
We also do not have a separate URL for the reset password page, if we added something along the lines of:
"If you do not remember your password, you can click on the "Reset Password" option on the login page"
