All fields on the Grid Timecard including start/stop times and shifts should be visible through the portal after a pay period is closed.

Our timecards reports are fully customizable so your Timecard Admins, employees, and approvers can review all the fields you have on your timecard layouts.

We need this information in the portal for closed pay periods rather than running a report through Vista.

Hey Sam,
Are you currently using the advanced portal setting "Allow processed time to be shown on grid timecards (read only)" ?
This will allow people with access to grid timecards to see their timecards even after they have been posted. We do hide closed pay periods from the pay period dropdown to make time entry easier. Is this what your users need?
