Currently only open jobs are avialable in dropdown when reviewing invoices. This causes a back and forth between our AP department and Project Management team when trying to code an invoice to a soft closed job.

DEFINITELY a much needed change. We just ran into this same scenario. We recently changed from VCM to Keystyle. In VCM, we could post to soft closed jobs, so this is a no brainer request for us. I'm glad it's planned. Do we have any ETA?
Michael thanks for the timely response. Currently the job function lookup is hard coded to WHERE j.JobStatus=1. In order for soft closed jobs to be presented, we'd need it to state WHERE j.JobStatus IN (1,2). The setting should affect all job drop-downs.

How would a portal setting under AP work to allow for soft closed jobs? Do you want it to be limited to AP, or should this setting affect all job drop-downs in the portal?
