It would be nice to be able to adjust the subject and body of our Closed Trip Summary reports that go out to customers. Currently, nothing in the email has our company name or logo. This is a very high concern as these emails appear as spam not having at least our name in the subject line and our logo in the body of the email.

Hello Peter! We are looking at this suggestion and had some questions. The email currently has the Company Name in the subject line and the Logo can be added to the footer with portal setting "Company Number for logo to use in email footer" - do you just want to be able to change the placement of the Company Name and be able to add Service Location? Are there other fields you would like to add Dynamically for the email?
This is something that we are still looking for. Customers are also requesting we put the Service Location in the Subject line so they don't have to open every email attachment to see which location the trip is for which would save them much time.
