Previous to fix the issue number 106681 our employees were able to attach multiple documents at once from their cell phones or computers. We were not experiencing any issues.
Now, after the fix, they have to attach one document at a time. This add substantial amount of time our employees don't have. Some employees might try not to submit all required documents to avoid taking too much time to attach the documents. We need this to be fixed asap so our employees have the option to attach multiple files at once again. It wasn't an issue for us in the past. But it is now, after VP fix something we didn't need to be fixed.
