We cannot use the Viewpoint Equipment Module unless we are able to track Equipment by phase codes associated with a job.

Is this meant for the Vista board? I don't understand what the suggestion is. Are you hoping to see the phase on the equipment master? If you can describe the business need it would be very helpful.
I have customers who do this now. It's a work around, but effective.
