We need to be able to restrict the Standard Items by Department since many use the same name but have a different rate. Could this also be part of this suggestion?
We'd love this ability (in fact, udLookups EVERYWHERE would be great!!). Specifically, with Standard Items, we need more than just the description, we need the "part #" or unique ID displayed. Techs can search/lookup by that number, but it doesn't display to them.
