We'd like to have a portal setting that doesn't allow techs to delete their labor hours after the day it was created. Eg if a tech worked on a trip for 2 hours on Tuesday, they'd be able to delete that labor line for the remainder of the day. On Wednesday, it'd be locked and they could not longer delete.
