Our recruiters like to print out an application with an attached resume in Word, rather than view everything online. It takes extra steps to convert to .pdf. Applicants are submitting resumes in Word about 50% of the time.

Thank you for the idea but a zip folder creates extra steps for recruiters and the files are relatively small. We are simply looking to have the applicant's resumes in Word append to the same downloaded .pdf form as the .pdf resumes do. I understand its not a simple process programming wise and it is really an ease of use issue for our end-users. Is there a simple way this functionality can be added? Do you foresee it being released in an HR Management for Vista portal update in the near future?

We are currently listing everything together in a combined pdf, but this limits us by what files we can export together. Would it be better if we download all the files in a zip folder?
