Our vacation and other benefits run anniversary date-anniversary date. People are always calling to see what their hire/re-hire/anniversary date is so having this in their information would be helpful.

If we allowed Admins to add a read only Hiredate from HR Resource > Payroll Info tab, would that give you what you need?
