We'd like the ability to send the trip closeout emails to an internal specified email address(es) that doesn't have to be a site contact. We'd like to have it sent to a general service inbox, as well as occasionally the account manager or other internal contacts. There could be a field on the site where we put the email addresses.

Great news this was shipped in October 2022. There is a new portal setting per company where you can add email boxes that will always receive the trip closeout emails. Wahoo!
I agree!!! I would also like there to be an option for the Service Technician to select if they would also like to recieve a copy of the summary email.
This functionality is highly needed!
